  3. The serviceAI Porn provides AI companion experiences including text chat, voice and image features.
  4. Nature of AI companionsAll companions are fictional AI characters. Any resemblance to real persons is unintended and coincidental.
  5. Not professional adviceResponses are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice and must not be used as such.
  6. Account creationYou must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
  7. Account securityYou are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  8. One account per userYou may not maintain multiple accounts to evade limits, bans or moderation actions.

  15. FeedbackIf you send us suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation.
  16. SubscriptionsPaid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
  17. BillingCharges are processed by our payment partners in the currency listed at checkout.
  18. RefundsUnless required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable; unused time is forfeited on cancellation.
  19. Free trials and promotionsPromotional offers may have additional terms and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
  20. Price changesWe may change pricing with advance notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
  21. TaxesYou are responsible for any applicable taxes, levies or duties.
